Gulfside Cottage Transformation

This investor came to us in the spring of 2022, wanting a complete transformation of their vacation rental property in Miramar Beach.

Our goal was to be completely ready for the 2023 rental season, and we did just that! We gathered a team and worked on sourcing throughout the year. We hit the ground running on the transformation in October, and we were completely finished by February.

For this design, Missy decided to lean on the 2023 Sherwin Williams trend color palette. We used Retreat Green and kept the rest of the palette in neutral tones. 

These owners let us completely take the reigns on designing their retreat, and we had the ability to design to our exact vision. Their only request was to make a previously dark home feel light and bright.
